Wally Filipiak
Wally Filipiak is a Detroit born guitarist/song writer whose work has spanned various genres from rock to country to R&B/hiphop. Beginning in late 2008 Wally signed on to be country artist Jocaine's touring guitarist while cullminating into recording & co/writing on Jo's 2011 release "American Made". The end of 2011 found Wally returning to the studio to begin writing sessions for the Ghosts of Exile. A 3 song digital release was made available as a tribute to a departed family friend in the spring of 2013. Recently, Wally has taken up as touring and session guitarist for the Hip hop artist HUSH and has recorded on his 2013 mixtape "suckas neva play me" and his follow up full length "Danny Boy" due out spring 2014. Wally was recently with Detroit's "premiere hair metal tribute" RockStar which was recently nominated for Outstanding Tribute Act for the Detroit Music Awards 2014.
